✓Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions received.

✓DNV Aigency reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or eligibility criteria at any time with reasonable notice.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms between DNV Aigency and a professional user shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC) under its Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Tbilisi, Georgia. The language of arbitration shall be English or French.

Consumer Users (B2C)

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive a consumer resident in the European Union of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. EU consumers may bring proceedings in the competent courts of their habitual residence.

17. Modifications to These Terms
